1. Chatbot Management

The main section of the dashboard lists all the chatbots you have created. Each entry includes the following details:

  • Name: The name of the chatbot, which helps you identify its purpose.
  • Created: The date the chatbot was created. This helps in tracking the age of each bot.
  • Messages Sent: This indicates how many messages the bot has sent, providing insights into its usage and engagement levels.
  • Model: Displays the AI model being used for each bot, such as "GPT-4-o."
  • Public/Private Status: Indicates whether the chatbot is publicly accessible or private. The lock symbol signifies that the bot is private.

2. Creating New Chatbots

To create a new chatbot, you can click the "Create Chatbot" button located prominently on the dashboard. This action will direct you to the setup page, where you can configure the new bot’s parameters.

3. Credit Usage

On the right side of the dashboard, you can view your credit usage:

  • Credits: Displays the total number of credits available, along with how many have been used and the projected usage.
  • This section helps you manage resources effectively and plan for future usage.

  • Bots: Indicates the number of bots you have created versus the maximum allowed.
  • Team Members: Shows how many team members are currently added to your account and the maximum allowed.

Example of Team Management:

  • Bots: 3/10 (3 bots created out of a maximum of 10 allowed)
  • Team Members: 1/3 (1 member added out of a maximum of 3 allowed)

At the bottom of the dashboard, you will find a section for Subscription. Here, you can view your current subscription plan and manage it as needed.
