The second training option allows you to directly input text, making it easy to provide the necessary details and information your bot needs to learn. By uploading text, you can enrich your bot’s knowledge base, enabling it to deliver accurate and relevant responses. Follow these simple steps:

1. Navigate to the ‘Data’ tab.

2. Under ‘Sources’, select the ‘Text’ option.

3. Click on ‘Add Text’ to begin.

4. Provide a descriptive ‘Title’ and input the main body of your text.

5. Click ‘Train’ to process and integrate the data into your bot’s knowledge base.

If you need to make changes later, simply click the ‘pencil’ icon to edit the text.

Additionally, you can download the text at any time for backup purposes, ensuring your data is secure and accessible.
