Steps to Integrate Zendesk with ChatNode:

  1. Access the Integration:

    • Navigate to the Data section in your ChatNode dashboard.

    • Under the Integrations menu, click on Zendesk.

  1. Connect Your Zendesk Account:

    • Click the Connect button on the Zendesk panel.

    • A pop-up box will appear, prompting you to enter your Zendesk Subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.zendesk.com).

    • After entering the subdomain, click Connect.

  1. Confirm Connection:

    • Once the connection is established, a confirmation pop-up will notify you that your Zendesk account has been successfully connected.
  2. Select Articles for Training:

    • Click Select Articles to browse your Zendesk knowledge base.

    • Tick the checkboxes next to the articles you want to upload and train.

  1. Automatic Training:

    • The selected articles will automatically be trained for chatbot use.
